Law Firm advised a long-term client and its international partners, on an open public procurement procedure regarding the repacking, transportation, final disposal and cleaning of the warehouses storing POPs pesticides, hazardous waste, non-hazardous waste and other crop protection products.

We advised a client on submitting an offer for an open public procurement procedure regarding the transportation and ecologically sound treatment through final utilization/disposal of hazardous waste from two metal tanks.
We advised the seller a foreign company on the sale of 4 hydro power plants located in several places in the country. The capacity of the hydro power plants is between 3-30MW. Our engagement included regulatory work and compliance with the Bulgarian Energy law and procedures before the Energy and Water Commission.
