During the last two years as a part of the litigation activities we have developed significant experience in debt recovery cases, both out-of-court and through the court. Currently we are glad to announce the existence of a separate division within the Law Firm involved entirely in debt collection of both local and foreign clients. With respect to debt recovery cases the Law Firm is active in Bulgaria. However, through our membership in Globalaw we have an immediate approach to a worldwide network of 94 independent law firms with over 5000 lawyers in 170 cities and we will be glad to co-operate in representing the client in foreign jurisdictions as well.
