This is kindly to remind you that as per the Accounting Act the term for announcing the annual financial statements for 2009 in the Commercial Register expires on 30th June 2010. All re-registered companies have to announce their annual financial statements for the years from 2007 onwards. In case of a failure to comply with the deadline after 01.07.2010 the Commercial Register may impose a fine at the amount between BGN 2000 and up to BGN 3000.
