Internship Program
A firm with a long history of training young lawyers, Ilieva, Voutcheva & Co. Law Firm has a well developed Internship Program. At any moment we train and educate at least three interns. We are building the future of the Law Firm on the professional development of young graduates. The combination of energy, enthusiasm and knowledge is beneficial not only to the lawyers who are assisted by our interns, but also to many of our clients.
Since May 2013 we expanded the scope of our Internship Program by joining the “Students’ Internship”, a project funded by the EU Operational Programme “Human Resources Development” and co-financed by the European Social Fund. This endeavor was driven by our desire to enable the largest possible number of students to exercise their knowledge and capabilities by being part of the working environment and laying the grounds of their professional careers. “Students Internship” works in partnership with 51 universities in Bulgaria, established under the Higher Education Act. All students listed in the registrar of current and discontinued undergraduate and graduate programs supported by the Minister of Education and Science are eligible to apply. For the internship to be completed successfully, the trainees need to acquire 240 hours of working experience.

Progressive Learning
Continuing the education and increasing the qualification of the lawyers and the staff of the Law Firm is one of the politics we hold firmly to. The Law Firm finances and encourages all further training and specializations of its employees.
