Ilieva, Vоutcheva & Co Law Firm acting as a proxy of Endemol Nederland B.V. initiated and won a commercial court case against Georgi Iliev, who acted in bad faith when filing the application for registration of the word mark “Big Brother”. The first instance decision was successfully upheld by both the Sofia Appellate Court and the Supreme Court of Justice. The defendant was ordered to pay the incurred case costs to the client of Ilieva, Voutcheva and Co.
