Ilieva, Voutcheva & Co. Law Firm won court case against Residential Park Sofia Ltd., for delay of construction procedures of Sofia Park Complex, the second major project of the Lindner Group in Bulgaria. The court approved the claim of Ilieva, Voutcheva & Co. Law Firm and sentenced that Residential Park Sofia Ltd. shall pay the client of Ilieva, Voutcheva & Law Firm a penalty for the damages caused during the delay of the construction procedures and breach of the Agreement for construction of a real estate in Sofia Park Complex.
