Innovations to Real Estate Entries Regulations

2021 begins with a reform of the Real Estate Register. The changes are introduced by the Real Estate Entries Regulations.

The most significant innovation is the introduction of new electronic services.

With regard to the request for references on entries, notes and deletions, extracts from the contents of all books and registers, an uncertified transcript of all entered and marked acts or deletion acts, as well as a certificate of existence or for the absence of registration, the Registry Agency provides an opportunity to request these services through registered remote access and to the electronic image of the requested uncertified transcripts of scanned copies through the Unified Portal for requesting electronic administrative services (UPRES) at the Registry Agency.

The incoming register, the alphabetical indicator, the batch book, the register of references, the register of refusals and the rulings issued on them will be kept on electronic holder in an order, which will be determined by the Minister of Justice.

The state and local bodies and administrations will make inquiries on persons throughout the country through the UPRES.

Written reference can also be requested electronically via remote access. The relevant scanned documents for the purpose of the proceedings should be attached to the application.
