New access to the Public Procurement Register

The Public Procurement Agency carried out maintenance of the Public Procurement Register („the Register“), maintained since 2004, until the mandatory use of CAIS EPP. Along with the maintenance, the design and the way of access to the  Register have changed.

Currently, users have the opportunity to access the .Register in two ways:

It is recommended that all users who access the Register clear their browser’s cache. By undertaking this action, the collected data from the previous use of the old Register is cleared.

The Public Procurement Agency also provides explanations regarding the expected difficulties in working with the specialized software “Form Editor”. The Form Editor software is specialized software through which it is possible to send documents for publication in the Register.

The use of the software without errors requires an up-to-date version. The Public Procurement Agency reminds of the existence of a new version. To check the used version, after loading the software, the menu “Help”, “About the application” should be accessed. In case the version used is older, the contracting authorities should update the application.

The upgrade process requires uninstalling the existing version and installing the new, updated version of the Editor.
