Issue No 97 of the State Gazette (the “SG”) as of December 6, 2016 publishes an amendment to the Local Taxes and Fees Act (hereinafter the “LTFA”), which introduces a new formula for determining the amount of the household waste fee (“waste fee”). After the initial date of entry into force has been changed, the amendments will be finally enforceable as of January 1, 2018.
