In order to provide access to notarial services for urgent and emergency certification, the Notary Chamber of the Republic of Bulgaria has set up an organization for notaries on duty in all judicial areas.

We would like to remind you that during the restrictive measures only emergency notarial certifications will be carried out. The Notary Chamber has not defined yet what “emergency notarial certifications” are. State of Emergence Measures Act may clarify this matter.
