As a result of the active work on the part of the Ilieva, Voutcheva & Co Law Firm in the recent months, the Commission on Protection of Competition (“CPC”) allowed Fresh Logic EOOD to acquire sole control over Ipex Group EOOD. Fresh Logic EOOD is owned by Impala Invest B.V. and performs commercial representation and agency, forwarding and transportation deals. Ipex Group EOOD deals with milk products and imports milk products and fats. After CPC had taken into consideration the presented evidences and analyses of the affected markets, it established that the parties under the deal operate on different product markets without any horizontal and significant vertical relations between them. According to CPC, following to the notified deal, no dominant position will be established so as to impede the effective competition on the respective markets.
