We represented Progetti Plant Srl, an Italian medical supplies company, in a commercial court case against a Bulgarian company that failed to pay outstanding invoices for COVID-19 testing components. We initiated legal proceedings and secured attachments on the debtor’s bank accounts and receivables.
The court ruled in favor of our client, ordering full payment of the principal and accrued interest. Despite an appeal, the appellate court upheld the decision. We successfully collected the total debt for our client.
