IP Rights Law (Digital Rights and Commercial IP)

We provide legal counsel regarding licensing agreements, franchising contracts, copyright protection (also in litigation), trademark contracts, know-how and patent agreements.

We help our clients to protect their intellectual property rights from infringement, counterfeiting, misappropriation and unfair competition. Ilieva, Voutcheva & Co. Law Firms’ legal team is able to advise you on the protection and exploitation of online content and revenue flow.

The team also covers specific areas of corporate transactions which concern intellectual property rights. Our guidance assists clients when they buy and sell companies whose main assets are intellectual property rights.
