At the end of 2019, Property 777 Ltd. initiated the sales phase for its fully completed Paramont residential development, marking the second significant project by Daramis Holding in Bulgaria. From the outset, we provided extensive legal counsel, supporting the client from the initial land acquisition through to the project’s development and final sale of the residential units.
Our legal services included the preparation of key documents such as preliminary sales agreements, allocation of use agreements, and condominium rules. We also took an active role in negotiations with prospective buyers, addressing all legal aspects of the transactions. For buyers requesting escrow arrangements for deposits, we drafted and executed the necessary agreements in collaboration with the financing bank.
In addition, we renegotiated the terms of the development’s bank loan and handled agreements with the building’s gas supplier to secure optimal conditions for the client. With the issuance of the habitation certificate, the project has entered its final phase, and we continue to assist with the completion of the remaining sales.
