In spring 2021, Daramis Papaya ML Project Ltd. received the habitation certificate for one of its real estate projects in Sofia. Having supported the client throughout the development, our team continued to assist in the final phase. We handled the organization of all sales agreements for the newly built apartments, prepared the necessary documents, and redeclared the units with Sofia Municipality.
We also coordinated with the financing bank to delete encumbrances from the Real Estate Register and worked with buyers’ banks to ensure secure payments. Additionally, we drafted a parking agreement to address regulatory complexities, ensuring each owner’s right to a designated space. All apartments were successfully sold, marking the completion of this project.
