Ilieva, Voutcheva & Co Law Firm provided legal advises in the process of development of photovoltaic power plants with total installed capacity of 2.5 MW. We drafted EPC contracts for consulting, construction and development of the photovoltaic power plants. We advised our client in negotiations with EPC companies, as well as in the process of drafting of the EPC contracts. We also advised our client in the conclusion of supervision agreements, sale-purchase agreements and other agreements with view to the process of development of the power plants.
