State aid in the form of direct grants will continue to apply until the end of June 2022.

The adopted changes increase the amount of eligible total aid.

Guides and mountain guides who have organized their activities as enterprises and operate in codes 79.90 and 93.19, according to NACE.BG-2008, will also be able to apply for the scheme for support of the tourism sector.

The amendment of the by-laws aims at synchronization with the European legislation in the field of state aid, thus adapting the ceiling of the measures (from EUR 1,800,000 to EUR 2,300,000) and the deadline for their implementation in order to address the tourism enterprises. sector with the long-term economic consequences of the current crisis.
