As of December 15, 2024, interested parties can submit applications using template A19 to register circumstances related to a Company with Variable Capital (CVC) in the Commercial Register.
With this, the Registry Agency has fulfilled its obligation to ensure the technical capability for the registration of this new type of company over three months ahead of the statutory deadline of March 31, 2025.
We remind you that the CVC is an entirely new type of business entity, introduced into Bulgarian law for the first time through amendments to the Commercial Act in August 2023. The primary goal of this innovation is to facilitate the activity and growth of Bulgaria’s start-up ecosystem.
