In March 2017 a well-know British agency hired our firm, Ilieva, Voutcheva & Co Law Firm to register and establish its branch in Bulgaria. The assignment required us to provide advice for the ways to establish and further operate the Bulgarian company. It involved the drafting of documents for the registration of the company in the Bulgarian Commercial Registar, provision of assistance in opening and closure of escrow account of the future company and establishing regular payment bank accounts of the company. What is more, we had to provide set up the acquisition of a tourist license, renting of premises, etc.
