Ilieva, Voutcheva & Co. is providing legal assistance for the Paramont Gardens project, covering 14,302 sq.m. We facilitated negotiations with over 45 landowners, completing acquisitions in December 2021.
Since mid-2022, we have focused on spatial planning and innovative sales processes, drafting General Terms and Conditions, reservation agreements, and preliminary contracts for the residential complex.
The project will include an 8,581.2 sq.m. garden, 29,717 sq.m. above-ground area, 14,721 sq.m. underground space, 359 garages, 305 warehouses, and 1,781.21 sq.m. of retail space. We will support our client through negotiations with the financing bank and developer until project completion and property sales.
