We assisted Buildner Ltd. and two related companies in resolving complex inter-company receivables and liabilities. Our solution involved drafting a quadrilateral agreement, where one company and the Executive Director jointly committed to reducing the holding company’s liabilities. The Executive Director also became a joint debtor, securing the agreement with a real estate property.
