Compliance check of promotional games

Our client Intoit Ltd., an advertising agency, was assigned by Mars Incorporated Bulgaria to lead a promo campaign for Whiskas and Pedigree in one of the leading food retailer chains in the country. The promo campaign consisted of a game with scratch cards after the purchase of Whiskas and Pedigree products. Our team reviewed the proposed game and communicated with client the compliance of the mechanism with the applicable competition legislation. Our main tasks were to draft the official rules of the promo campaign, to advise Intoit Ltd. and therefore Mars Incorporated Bulgaria on compliance with the unfair competition regulations and the structure of the promo campaign mechanism. Our team checked and approved all advertisement materials for the promo campaign.
