Ilieva, Voutcheva & Co. assisted 4S4Group, a long-term client, with restructuring its corporate structure to safeguard assets and production from commercial liabilities. We implemented fail-safe mechanisms for improved governance, enhanced transparency, and accountability. Our firm also addressed damages from poor management practices by conducting a thorough due diligence, identifying high-risk contracts, and terminating unfavorable agreements. We dismissed the Managing Director responsible and established greater oversight for the remaining directors. Currently, we are advising on claims against counterparties under unexecuted agreements.
