Ilieva, Voutcheva and Co. Law Firm was entrusted by one of the most promising international investors in the sphere of green energy to advise it on its business structure in Bulgaria and abroad.
Our work involved a detailed research about the structure of the investor. We had to find the most suitable form for a similar corporate structure under Bulgarian law. Our team drafted several agreements to establish the general rules, obligations and aims of the investor and its contractors, as well as to reduce all risks posed.
We assisted it for the corporate changes that had to be made in order to secure that all activities of the investor will be in accordance with the applicable Bulgarian law. Now, after all necessary changes are made and all ground rules for its activities are established, our client is ready to continue the development of its new project.
