Ilieva, Voutcheva and Co. is currently spearheading five legal proceedings against the state, seeking compensation for damages resulting from overturned tax audit acts deemed non-conforming. Our diverse clientele includes a bank, large commercial companies, and individuals whom our team has successfully defended in the tax audit act appeals.
Notably, we have already secured victories in the first case at the Supreme Administrative Court and the second case at the first-instance court. For the remaining three cases, we eagerly await court resolutions.
Successful resolutions will entitle our clients to reimbursement for all costs incurred during the appeal process to the respective administrative authority.
