In July 2011 one of the leading companies in the real estate business in Bulgaria assigned to the Law Firm to review the company’s main labour and services agreements. The work of the lawyers from Ilieva, Voutcheva and Co Law Firm consisted in getting acquainted with the agreements’ texts, providing legal advices under particular parts in the texts which raised problems, suggesting amendments in the texts with respect to achieving highest protection of the clients’ interests. During our work under the case the client was provided by us detailed consultations regarding the provisions for interdiction of competition activity, regarding exclusiveness and confidentiality, and with that respect we drafted and offered specific provisions and confidentiality agreements.
