We represented Hec Solar Ltd. in a claim regarding unpaid amounts under an EPC contract for three solar plants. Despite the successful construction phase, the project owner failed to provide required documentation, delaying final commissioning and payment.
Following strategic negotiations, the case was resolved with a court settlement, resulting in full payment of the outstanding principal amount of EUR 174,000 to our client.
