In late 2020, SAAV Engineering Ltd. was appointed to complete final construction works for a new residential building in a rapidly developing area of Sofia. The project involved unique terms, allowing SAAV to acquire several apartments in exchange for their services.
Our team conducted due diligence on the land and building, advising on the preliminary agreement’s final terms. In 2023, after completing the construction, SAAV successfully sold the acquired apartments. We managed the closing negotiations and prepared all necessary documentation for the transaction, ensuring favorable legal and tax treatment.
