EcoSafe Ltd. required assistance in receiving a work permit and VISA for operators of a Thermal Installation for treatment of waste, as well as their families. We consulted the client on a procedure for long-term posting of employees from countries outside of the EU, as well as a procedure for obtainment of a long-term VISA by family members of the employees. We gathered and drafted all the documents required for the execution of the procedures. Ilieva, Voutcheva and Co. Law Firm has currently obtained permits for the long- term posting of the employees, as well as a VISAs. We are currently guiding the client and the employees in the procedure for obtainment of a VISA for family members, as well as long-term residence permits.
