In April 2020 we consulted a long-term client who grabbed the opportunity to start a new business project – a start-up that is adequate to the Covid 19 pandemic and the state of emergency restrictions. Our client’s new venture included the creation of online shop for food and beverage. We drafted all specific documents for the operation of the website including GDPR compliance documents, general terms of use, cookie policies, etc. The complexity of the working process included legal advice on the specific regulative requirements applicable for the provision of different types of food. Our team structured and communicated the whole process in order to guarantee that the e-commerce platform is compliant with the consumer protection legislation, as well. We managed to help our client launch the online shop as quickly as possible and so as to use the present situation as a successful business opportunity.
