Our client participated in a public procurement procedure in Bulgaria with a subject matter “Expansion of the integrated Border Surveillance System at the Bulgarian-Turkish Border”. Our client is globally recognized as a leader in developing military and commercial aerospace technology and has provided services throughout the world. Our engagement included the initial analysis of the requirements and criteria of the procurement, negotiations with the Bulgarian partner, as well as the preparation of the documentation for the procurement. The complexity of the case arose from the specific corporate organization of the client and the adaption of that particular specification to the requirements of the tender.
