In February 2012, the Law Firm participated in preparation of the sale of one of the projects for renewable energy facility in South part of Bulgaria included preparation of certain real estate sale as a major part of the project. The Law Firm represents the owner of the project and directly participates in the negotiations for the deal. The high level of expertise as well as the fact that the Law Firm has participated in the acquisition of the land plots ensured that valid and marketable title shall be sold to prospective investors. The work also included participation and presentation in various legal and administrative procedures. As a result over 1 300 000 square meters changed their owner.
