This significant transaction involved six interconnected deals, with our corporate team managing the acquisition end-to-end.
To secure Haelan’s interests, we crafted robust pledge agreements for the Seller’s shares and additional rights across the six companies, expanding their scope and successfully registering them in both the Commercial Register and Register of non-profit Legal Entities and the Central Register of Special Pledges. These registrations provide additional layers of protection, ensuring a secure path toward completing this major acquisition.
