In December 2011 a leading advertising agency in Bulgaria assigned to Ilieva, Voutcheva & Co Law Firm to draft an agreement for an artist-performer’s advertising participation for the purposes of an advertising campaign of an agency’s big client in the sphere of the food industry. The services provided by the Law Firm included not only provision of a text of the agreement, assistance during the negotiations with the artist-performer and coordination of the parties’ interests, but also delivery of written and oral consultations on the different elements of the advertising campaign. Similar legal assistance was provided to another distinguished advertising agency during organizing the visual advertising of one of the renowned French cosmetic brands.
