We have collected over EUR 500,000.00 pursuant to execution of Settlement Agreements for voluntary payments since August 2013 which doubles the received amounts during 2013. In 2014 we have signed a Settlement Agreement for EUR 430 000.
At present one of the biggest case is for settling a debt for over EUR 18,000,000.00 towards a Spanish company in insolvency procedure which was a shareholder in the company debtor, registered in Bulgaria. The second biggest case is for settling a debt for over EUR 3,000,000.00 owned by a holding company with vertically integrated structure comprised of different business units in the sector of photovoltaic power and renewable energy.
