Our team consulted the client on the expansion of the IP protection for a new market – India. The client is an owner of a manufacturing plant for counter pressure machine.
Donika Ilieva lead the consultation and managed the whole process from preliminary availability clearance of each of the two trademarks and communication with a local Indian firm assisting the process in India. Even more, the client appointed us as a main IP advisors for the worldwide IPM strategy. As a result, we are working on the expansion and enforcement of the IPRs of our client.
