In March 2017, Technotest Jsc asked Ilieva, Voutcheva & Co. to prepare and file a claim with Competition Protection Commission regarding unlawful competition conducted by their competitor. The actions of the competitor included unlawful use of commercial name and trade mark of the client and unlawful advertising actions online. Currently, our team is preparing the application and collecting the evidences required.
