In March 2021 Ilinden Ltd. contacted Ilieva, Voutcheva & Co Law Firm regarding updating of their data protection compliance with the GDPR. The company is a leading aluminium alloys casting machines manufacturer. We had to execute a full data protection monitoring and to configure a comprehensive compliance system that would help the client reduce the potential risks associated with non-compliance. Our main task was to develop a strategical update that would work in compliance with the current national data protection rules, the GDPR and the guidelines provided by the European Data Protection Office.
