We facilitated negotiations, enabling our client to exit the company and sell their shares in exchange for ownership in another company. We successfully terminated the preliminary contracts, securing over BGN 136,000 in refunds—more than double the initial amounts paid—along with additional compensation. We also established a mortgage on the properties to protect our client’s receivables until fully repaid.
