Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements

In 2016 and the beginning of 2017 we were appointed to consult Ms. Bilyana Exner, Managing Director of ECE Trading on the legal aspect of entering new markets with the company’s main product, a unique type of chocolate. The expansion was to be both local in Bulgaria and international – in the Gulf Countries. We drafted agency and commission agreements for the different markets having in mind the specifics related both parties. Afterwards, we negotiated with their contractors the terms. As of today, we are providing day-to-day services to the client on all commercial aspects of the business. Currently we are negotiating the terms of sale of the product in one of the biggest food retailers in Bulgaria.
