Our Law Firm reviewed an expired distribution agreement pursuant a client’s request. We advised the client how to regulate its further relationship with the supplier company. The contractor has offered our client new conditions for an extension of their long-lasting commercial relationships. We actively participated in the negotiations between the parties and advised our client in order to make the best possible decision.
Subsequently, the parties agreed on the new conditions and continued their relations.
