We advised the client on full range labour law matters from start of the employment relations to their termination. As a part of the assignment our team prepared for the client several sets of template labour law documents and a special NDA agreement. The client has more than 250 employees and wants to make rearrangements to the employment and organizational structure within the company. This led to lots of new hires and dismissals. We additionally advised on the legal requirements for retirement.
