We were engaged with the assignment to consult and draft on a General Manager employment agreement. Based on to the specifics of the position and the large number of responsibilities we prepared a very detailed job description. Our advice covered the specific Bulgarian employment regulations, e.g. trial period, annual paid leave, etc. We advised the client on special non-compete and non-disclosure clauses.
