We advised a client on submitting an offer for an open public procurement procedure regarding the transportation and ecologically sound treatment through final utilization/disposal of hazardous waste from two metal tanks.
Our role was to guide the client in the complex requirements of the procedure and the applicable legislation to the above activities. We were assisting the client in gathering all required documentation, as per the requirements of the public procurement. We assisted the client in obtaining all relevant certificates and licenses. Our team reviewed and analysed all relevant documentation, assuring the client that he has met the procurement’s selection criteria. The total value of the public procurement was EUR 7 000 000.
Ilieva, Voutcheva and Co. Law Firm assisted the client in filling in all the required ESPD’s for the procedure and preparing the offer for submission. The public procurement was awarded to the client and our law firm guided the client through the final steps of the procedure, allowing the client to start execution of the public procurement.
We are currently advising the client daily regarding the execution, consulting in the area of tax, waste and the complex relations between the shareholder in the Consortium that was awarded the procurement.
