We represented ECO SOLINVEST Ltd, a long-standing client, in a legal case concerning their plan to construct a solar park on a property previously designated as protected. Despite the Regional Environment and Water Inspection’s denial of approval, citing the property’s location in a protected area, our detailed legal analysis revealed that development was allowed under two existing development plans.
We filed a complaint with the Sofia Administrative Court, challenging the denial, and successfully won the case. We continue to support our client as they move forward with constructing their solar park.
