The land plot subject to sale was acquired as a part of the investment policy of the company owner and is intended for industrial development. The company owned the land plots in the outskirts of Sofia for decades. The recent development of the region brought many investors interested in acquiring these land plots. Therefore, the shareholders decided to sell. They entrusted our team to advise them on the legal matters of the sale as well as on the settlement of their business relations. We have prepared the data room containing all the necessary legal document related to the plot status. We have already drafted and negotiated the terms of the preliminary agreement for the sale. Our team has also assisted Mrs. Petrova with the deletion of several encumbrances on the land plots from the Real Estate Register. We are currently working on the settlement of the business relations of the shareholders in the company owner.
