Our client Daramis Holding required the assistance of the Law Firm in relation to the preparation of a tender procedure for construction of two residential projects in Sofia. Our task was to adapt the FIDIC based construction agreement the company uses in the Czech Republic with the local legal requirements. The advice of our team included both legal and business proposals due to the differences in the well-established practices in construction in the two countries. We managed in timely manner to complete both projects and start negotiations with the future construction companies that would develop the sites. Our team consulted the client in the entire negotiation process as well as the softening of certain clauses requested by the Contractor.
