Ilieva, Voutcheva, and Co. Law Firm advised a client on an offer for an open tender procedure regarding the purchase of two municipal real estates, owned by Devnya Municipality. The purpose of the purchase was the construction of installations for the pre-treatment of waste and installations for composting of biodegradable and green waste.
Our role was to guide the client in the complex requirements of the procedure, submit the offer and review the agreement to be executed with the municipality. We assisted the client in gathering all required documentation, as per the tender requirements. Our Law Firm then reviewed and analysed all relevant documentation, assuring the client that it will meet the tender’s selection criteria. The total value of the tender was EUR 2 700 000.
