Our team advised the purchaser in a M&A deal in the real estate sector. Our client wanted to acquire a company owning land plots for developing a new high end residential family type houses project at one of the most sought out locations near Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. Our work comprised of full scope due diligence of the company and all real estates, drafting Memorandum of understanding and share purchase agreement, negotiations with the seller’s representatives and drafting the special escrow agreement for payment of the purchase price. All communication on behalf of the client was handled by our team and one of our lawyers acted as buyer’s proxy at the closing of the deal. Тhe project was to be completed in a very short time.
