Our team advised the client regarding the procedures and options to expand the brand protection in USA. We have previously registered an EU trademark of the client. As a result of new business plans the client needed to obtain protection on the American market. Our advice comprised of choosing the most suitable approach to implement the EU mark as grounds for protection in EU for some of the goods and cross checking the USTPO list of goods and services for additional inclusion in the protection of the new US trademark. We worked closely with a local US trademark representative to guarantee the success of the application.
